Technical foundation

Built as a secure, multi-tenant SaaS product.

The application is built on Next.js and React with a Supabase and PostgreSQL backend. Business data is isolated at the database level, so each company can only access its own records, and each worker stays inside their assigned scope.

Automated SMS reminders run through background logic with retry behavior, while statistics are calculated server-side and exported into clean PDF reports. The system also preserves history by deactivating records such as services instead of hard-deleting data that past bookings still depend on.
