Information you provide
When you submit the project enquiry form, CHAKY receives the information you enter, including your name, email address, company, project selections and message.
How it is used
This information is used only to review your enquiry, understand the potential project and contact you about an appropriate next step. The website does not preselect marketing consent.
Controller
CHAKY is responsible for deciding how enquiry information is used. The final legal entity name and privacy contact email should be added before production launch.
Storage and email delivery
Form submissions are stored in a private Supabase Postgres database and transactional emails are sent through Resend. These providers process the information only for enquiry storage, notifications and replies configured by the website owner.
Retention
Enquiry information is normally kept for up to 24 months from the last activity. If an enquiry becomes a client project, some records may be kept for longer where needed for contractual, accounting or legal reasons.
Analytics and cookies
This implementation does not install an analytics provider or advertising cookies. It exposes privacy-conscious interaction events only if the website owner connects an analytics system later.
Your questions
You can ask to access, correct or delete enquiry information by contacting the privacy email configured by the website owner. Final contact details should be added before production launch.
