Project overview

A complete ordering system for a specialised online shop.

BeeShop was designed for a small to mid-sized store that needs a practical online sales system without unnecessary friction. Instead of asking customers to contact the seller for each product, the application lets them browse, choose quantities and send an order independently.

The internal side of the product gives the business a central place to manage products, review orders, answer customer questions and control access for customers, managers and administrators.

The customer side of BeeShop is built around a simple buying journey: browse the catalog, filter and sort products, open a product detail page, choose quantity, add items to the cart and submit delivery information through checkout.

Manager panel

Managers can work from a dedicated panel instead of manually tracking products and incoming orders. The panel centralises product updates, order visibility and enquiries sent through the contact form.

Technical foundation

Built with a standard, maintainable web stack.

The application was built as a PHP and MySQL web application with Bootstrap for responsive layouts. It uses user accounts, login sessions and role-based permissions to separate customer, manager and administrator access.

Document generation is included through PDF and Excel export libraries, giving administrators practical files for records, printing and further internal processing.
